Hello and welcome! I am so excited and joyful to be able to call my offerings 'work!' I love creating a space to enable individuals to connect back with themselves and remember their true limitless potential and wholeness.

My passion in this field came at a young age; in fact I think it was there from day dot! I remember as a young child playing with my dolls, wanting to care and look after them!

My work has always been with people, whether that was with elders in a nursing home, patients in a hospital, or youngsters in  my Relax Kids sessions. 

Over the years, I have practiced and trained in several natural healing modalities which I have found of huge holistic benefit. I am now incredibly enthused to be able to share these.

Underpinning all of my offerings is the intention for you to feel more relaxed. When in deep relaxation, there is no resistance, we find alignment and balance again. Our emotions and feelings are our guidance system, which tell us when we are in this state. It's here where we do our healing. This is my wish for you x
